The 25,000-square-foot building located at 181 N Belle Mead Road is now fully occupied, providing ample space for the hospital’s marketing and communications department, EEG neurology center, general administration offices, and pediatrics center.

Situated on a sprawling 103-acre campus-style technology park with over one million square feet of space available, SBTC is home to renowned researchers and surgeons. Its serene environment features lush greenery as well as tranquil ponds and fountains throughout the campus.
The landlord in this transaction was represented by a skilled Colliers team led by Maria Valanzano and Steven D’Orazio while David Leviton from JLL acted on behalf of Stony Brook University Hospital.
