"Entertainment Industry Targeted in $1B Office Tower Proposal"

Maggie Miracle, an investor and developer in Los Angeles, has proposed a $1 billion “vertical campus” at 6601 Sunset Blvd. The project, designed by renowned architect Norman Foster of Foster + Partners, will feature a greenery-laden office tower catering to the entertainment industry.

Miracle’s family-run company has submitted revised design plans for the 22-story building dubbed “the Star.” It aims to provide indoor-outdoor work spaces that appeal to the needs of creative professionals and innovators. According to Miracle, this design change is in response to the growing demand for healthy workplaces with access to fresh air and outdoor space since COVID-19.

While awaiting approval from city officials, Miracle plans on starting construction by late 2026 with an expected completion date of 2029. The proposed building will span over 525,000 square feet and promises state-of-the-art amenities for its occupants.
