Houston Parklane Condo Conversion: Find Your Dream Home Today

Houston Parklane Condo Conversion: Find Your Dream Home Today

The 1970s saw a surge in popularity for condo conversions, with developers realizing the potential for higher individual unit sales compared to multifamily properties. One such development was The Parklane in Houston, originally designed as condos but later converted to rental units due to changing market conditions.

However, Houston-based Tema Development is now revisiting this project and has begun converting The Parklane back into condos. With 195 units spread across its 35-story tower and an average size of nearly 1,500 square feet per unit, the building offers spacious living spaces for buyers.

In addition to a pool and fitness center on the amenity deck, residents can also enjoy amenities such as a tennis court, dog park, playground area and outdoor fitness area. Other perks include a coffee bar and lounge area along with valet service and reserved parking. A shuttle service is also available for easy access to the Texas Medical Center and light rail system.

Interested buyers can expect prices starting from $300k plus homeowners’ association fees at The Parklane Condos in Houston’s thriving real estate market.
