The eighth edition of Connect Commercial Real Estate’s Next Generation Awards in 2024 will showcase the exceptional talents of 110 young professionals in the commercial real estate industry. We are excited to announce a new class of honorees and welcome your contributions.
Similar to previous years, our Next Generation Awards will recognize rising stars from all regions we cover, including California, Seattle, Phoenix, Texas, Chicago, Boston, New York City , Washington D.C., Atlanta and Florida. We are seeking nominees from various areas within CRE such as development , finance , ownership , proptech and brokerage – just some examples among many others that were represented by last year’s winners.
Based on your recommendations , this year’s honorees will be selected. The announcement for this year’s recipients will begin in May.
To qualify for nomination candidates must be under the age of 35 as of December 31st,
2024 .
