The eighth annual Next Generation Awards in 2024, hosted by Connect Commercial Real Estate, will showcase the top 110 young professionals in the commercial real estate industry. We are excited to announce our new honorees and welcome your suggestions.
Similar to previous years, we aim to recognize emerging talents from all regions we cover including California, Seattle, Phoenix, Chicago,Boston , New York , Washington , Atlanta and Florida as well as national candidates.
We are seeking nominees from various areas of CRE such as development,finance , ownerships proptech and brokerage – all of which were represented among last year’s winners.
After careful consideration of your recommendations,the final selection for this year’s honorees will be made. The announcement process will begin in May.
To qualify for nomination,a candidate must be under 35 years old by December 31st,2025 .
