RD Management is transforming the former University Mall in Tampa’s Uptown District into a mixed-use development, with a focus on healthcare and science and technology tenants. According to Commercial Edge, RD has selected JLL’s Central Florida Healthcare Practice Group to handle leasing for the project, known as RITHM.
Upon completion, RITHM (short for Research, Innovation, Technology, Humanity & Medicine) will span over 7 million square feet of development and include thousands of residential units.
