Creation and LGE Design Build, two affiliated companies from Arizona, have opened a new 32,000-square-foot office in the Dallas Design District. Creation acted as the developer while LGE served as architect and general contractor for the redevelopment project. The two companies occupy 20,000 square feet of space while leasing out an additional 12,000 square feet for boutique offices or showrooms. This state-of-the art facility features a 24 hour gym and speakeasy along with a large breakroom stocked with snacks and cold brew on tap.
Since 2020 these AZ building groups have experienced rapid growth in Texas; they currently manage more than $280 million worth of commercial real estate projects across Dallas/Fort Worth & Houston totaling 1,854 718 sqft., plus another $503 million is still to be developed throughout the state.
The headquarters are located at 1280 E Levee St., just 10 minutes away from popular Downtown Dallas attractions .
