Polar Design Build, Inc. recently completed a 34,000-square-foot sales, office and service facility for Kenworth Northeast in Middleton, MA. The full-service dealership offers medium and heavy-duty trucks with showrooms, parts and service bays.
The newly constructed facility is expected to employ 40 individuals and will provide services such as engine maintenance, commercial truck alignments, repairs and preventative maintenance across its designated areas. Polar Design Build worked closely with Maugel DeStefano Architects along with Flood Consulting and CBC Engineers to bring this project to fruition.
