Piscataway, NJ Distribution Center Development by Rockefeller Group

Rockefeller Group has commenced construction of a 147,000-square-foot distribution center in Piscataway, New Jersey. The developer acquired the 18-acre site and began demolishing a 100,000-square foot building previously owned by WS Audiology/Sivantos Group to make way for the industrial project.

Heath Abramsohn, Vice President and Regional Director for Rockefeller Group commented on their decision to develop in Piscataway: “The success of our 2.1 million square foot logistics center we developed in 2018 highlighted that Piscataway is an ideal location for business operations. We are thrilled about our second industrial development project here which has become one of the top destinations for logistics and distribution hubs.”  

Constitution Logistics Center will feature 36 feet clear heights with 123 auto parking spaces, 57 trailer parking spaces as well as 41 loading docks upon completion expected during Q2 2024 at 10 Constitution Avenue .
