Spearheaded by the W&D New York Capital Markets team, led by Sean Reimer, Aaron Appel, Keith Kurland, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz and Christopher de Raet as exclusive advisors to Vero Capital and Prime Finance. The transaction involved collaborating with Goldman Sachs and Argentic to facilitate a commercial mortgage-backed security loan that will provide over $20 million in immediate capital for leasing expenses and further improvements.
The portfolio spans nearly 1.0 million rentable square feet across Atlanta, Dallas,Raleigh,and Washington D.C., boasting an impressive weighted average lease term of 4.8 years with an occupancy rate of 84.9%. Notable tenants include Samsung,BAE Systems,and Kimley-Horn & Associates.
