Golf legend Tiger Woods is making plans for his post-PGA career. He has partnered with PopStroke to launch a mini-golf concept, which is set to open in multiple locations soon. One potential location for the project could be in Cedar Park.
PopStroke representatives are currently seeking approval from the Cedar Park City Council to construct a 14,000-square-foot restaurant and bar along with two 18-hole synthetic turf miniature golf courses on C-Bar Ranch Trail. The company has applied for a special use permit of 3 acres and will present their request at an upcoming council meeting.
According to reports from the Austin Business Journal, this development will be part of Cordova Real Estate Ventures’ mixed-use Cross Creek Market spanning over 38 acres.
Aside from offering miniature golf, PopStroke’s project also includes an ice cream parlor and beer garden featuring popular games like foosball, ping pong, and corn hole. Other amenities such as a lounge area, private event space, drink delivery service on course grounds, and large screens displaying leaderboards and live sports are also planned. Additionally,a designated outdoor play area will cater specifically to children’s entertainment needs.
