Marx Realty has successfully secured a 10-year lease agreement with UpSlide for 9,536 square feet at the prestigious 10 Grand Central building in Midtown. Represented by Lexie Perticone of Cushman & Wakefield, UpSlide chose to partner with JLL’s top leasing team led by Mitchell Konsker, Kyle Young, Carlee Palmer, Simon Landmann and Thomas Schwartz. The asking rent for this prime location ranges from $68 to $130 per square foot.
