Newmark recently brokered lease transactions totaling 50,373 square feet at 1700 Broadway in Midtown. The property is owned by Boston-based real estate private equity firm Rockpoint and managed by Rockhill Management. Leading the lease activities were David Falk and Brian Waterman.
These agreements cover various floors and square footage, including a 6,577-square-foot lease for Northwind Group on the partial 25th floor, a 5,114-square-foot lease for Oaktree Capital Management on the partial 20th floor, and a13,408-square-footlease for Denodo Technologies occupyingthe entire31stfloor.
