Affinius Capital is leading the development of a mixed-use project in San Antonio’s La Cantera area. This expansive project will feature a variety of amenities, including office spaces, hotels, health and wellness facilities, entertainment venues, retail stores, residential units and park areas. The development has been named Town Center at La Cantera.
The first phase of the project will be known as La Cantera Town Center Multifamily and is set to include 350 residential units along with 10,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Dallas-based Phoenix Development Co. has been contracted for this initial phase and plans to begin construction in early 2025.
According to reports from the San Antonio Business Journal , multiple developers are expected to contribute to this ambitious project as it progresses. The site spans over 50 acres at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Loop 1604.
This property is just one part of Affinius’ extensive portfolio in the La Cantera area which also includes other properties such as Six Flags theme park and Shops at La Cantera (see photo).
