Oak Row Equities Secures $181M Construction Loan for Miami Office and Multifamily Tower

Oak Row Equities has successfully secured a $181 million construction loan from Bank OZK for their latest project, 2600 Biscayne Boulevard. This 41-story Class AAA tower in Miami’s Edgewater submarket is set to be one of the largest mixed-use developments in South Florida within the past year. The Newmark team, led by Dustin Stolly, facilitated the financing process.

Designed by renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, 2600 Biscayne will offer a total of 187,000 square feet of office and retail space along with 399 rental residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom units (plus den).

The office tenants will have access to exclusive outdoor amenities such as a landscaped rooftop terrace featuring an open-air seating area, covered picnic areas with fire pits and even an exclusive padel court. Inside the building lies dedicated business lounges, private meeting rooms as well as conference rooms and an entertainment room equipped with a golf simulator.

Residents can also enjoy multiple levels of luxury amenities including a wraparound amenity deck on the twelfth floor which includes features such as lap pools,cold plunge pools,a hot tub,luxurious cabanas,and BBQ grills.

This groundbreaking development marks another milestone for Oak Row Equities’ portfolio without any mention or reference to Connect CRE or its affiliates.
