Green Street, the Newport Beach-based provider of commercial real estate intelligence and analytics, has appointed Dan “Fig” Figenshu as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Green Street, Figenshu served as CFO at travel-tech company Mondee.
In his new role on Green Street’s senior leadership team, Figenshu oversees the firm’s finance, accounting payroll and reporting functions. He will report directly to Jeffry Stuek Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Green Street.
Mr. Stuek expressed enthusiasm for welcoming Mr. Figenshu: “We are thrilled to welcome him to our team here at Green Street,” said Mr Stuek Jr.. “He brings more than 20 years of finance and operations experience from companies ranging from Series A startups all the way up through multi-billion dollar media companies.”
Fig’s prior experience includes serving as COO/CFO at Rocketrip – a venture backed travel tech startup that merged with Mondee – in addition to being SVP Finance at Mic Network where he built out their financial organization from scratch .
