Gallatin Commits to Downtown Development: A Major Project

Boyle Investment Co. has been selected by city officials to revitalize Gallatin’s downtown square and construct a new city hall. The town, with a population of 45,000, is located just half an hour away from Nashville.

The proposed development will span two blocks owned by the city and will feature a well-known hotel brand, residential units, green spaces for public use, as well as retail and dining options.

According to reports from the Nashville Business Journal , this project is estimated to generate more than $40 million in property tax revenue over two decades and have an economic impact of $261 million during its construction phase. It is also expected to create over 300 permanent jobs within the city.

With its headquarters in Memphis , Boyle Investment Co. established its presence in Nashville back in 2001 . The company currently owns and manages nearly four million square feet of office space and retail properties while having five million square feet under development or planning stages .

Some notable developments spearheaded by Boyle include Berry Farms , McEwen Northside , Meridian Cool Springs ,and Capitol View .
