USA Properties Fund and The Pinyon Group are set to begin construction late this summer on the $21-million Vintage at Marja Acres, an affordable apartment community for 55-and-older residents in Carlsbad as part of a mixed-use development. Located near El Camino Real between Kelly Drive and Cannon Road, the 47-unit community will offer affordable housing in the new Marja Acres neighborhood that includes 248 townhomes, a community park and restaurant.

Vintage at Marja Acres will fit many needs whether working full time or retired”. Leasing should begin fall 2024 according USA Properties Fund estimates.
