The Moinian Group has recently secured a 10-year lease agreement with Beny Sofer Inc. for a 7,300-square-foot space located at 535 Fifth Avenue in Midtown. This space will serve as the company’s office and showroom starting in Q2 of 2024. The landlord was represented by Omar Sozkesen of The Moinian Group and Mitchell Arkin of Cushman and Wakefield.
In the past year and a half, this property has seen an increase in leasing activity from diamond and fine jewelry retailers. All retail spaces within the property are currently occupied by well-known tenants such as Paris Saint-Germain, NBA, Best Buy, and Läderach. According to Sozkesen, “the exceptional location of this property coupled with its flexible floorplans, amenities,and surrounding neighborhood offerings make it highly desirable to top-tier tenants.”
