Stream Realty Partners has recently completed a multi-million dollar capital improvement project on 2515 McKinney, an 18-story office tower in Uptown Dallas. The property is owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives and the renovations were done in collaboration with architect Entos Design and general contractor Michael Walker Construction. The upgrades include a revamped lobby, new amenities such as a tenant lounge, conference center, fitness center, outdoor patio, and grab-and-go options for coffee and lunch.
JLL Capital Markets facilitated the sale of The Offices at Kensington – a Class A office complex spanning over 171k square feet in Sugar Land – to DML Capital. Additionally,JLL arranged financing for the acquisition through fixed-rate loans on behalf of DML while representing seller Buchanan Street Partners. Currently leased at 84%, this two-building property consists of four stories each.

Bass Pro Shops is set to open its newest location -a sprawling100k square foot store- within Odessa’s Dorado Destination Center along SH191 between Yukon Rd.and Mission Blvd.Construction on this project will begin soon with plans for completion by spring2025.The deal was arranged by Retail Coach while ICA Properties owns the development.
