Stream Realty Partners has recently completed a multi-million dollar capital improvement project on 2515 McKinney, an 18-story office tower located in Uptown Dallas. The property is owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives and underwent renovations to the lobby and added new amenities such as a tenant lounge, conference center, fitness center, outdoor patio, and grab-and-go options for coffee and lunch. These improvements were made in collaboration with architect Entos Design and general contractor Michael Walker Construction.
JLL Capital Markets facilitated the sale of The Offices at Kensington in Sugar Land, Texas. This Class A office complex consists of two buildings totaling 171,055 square feet and was sold to DML Capital by Buchanan Street Partners with assistance from JLL arranging financing for the transaction.

Bass Pro Shops plans to open its 17th location in Texas on a sprawling site measuring over 100 acres along SH191 between Yukon Rd.and Mission Blvd.in Odessa.The store will anchor ICA Properties’ development known as Dorado Destination Center which is expected to be completed by spring of2025.The Retail Coach arranged this deal between Bass Pro Shopsand ICA Properties who owns the development.
The Hilton Anatole hotel located along North Stemmons Fwy.in Dallas’s Design District recently underwent $30 million worth of renovations.This includes adding four rooms bringing its total count up to1 ,610 rooms,a three-bay TopGolf Swing Suite within its newly expanded fitness center,and updates throughout the property.Opened originallyin1979,the hotel was developedby Trammell Crowand remains under ownershipofthe original group.
