Mansfield Building: Creating a New City Hall and Mixed-Use District

Mansfield, a growing town in Tarrant County just 30 minutes southwest of Dallas, is set to undergo a modern transformation. Spearheading this effort is Stillwater Capital, which has sold 10 acres of land for the construction of Mansfield’s new city hall. The development project will be part of the Reserve – a +/-200 acre master plan that aims to create a vibrant and pedestrian-friendly “modern city center.”

The Reserve will feature mixed-use neighborhoods with amenities such as green spaces, entertainment venues, and even an upscale hotel with conference facilities. Additionally, there are plans for urban-style retail shops and offices as well as residential units.

Construction on the new city hall is expected to commence by late 2024 and be completed by December 2026. With its population currently at around 75,000 residents,Mansfield looks forward to further growth through this exciting development project.
