"New City Hall and Mixed Use District in Mansfield Building"

Mansfield, a growing town in Tarrant County, is undergoing modernization with the development of a new city hall. This project, spanning 10 acres purchased from Stillwater Capital, marks the beginning of Mansfield’s transformation.

The Reserve, an expansive master plan covering approximately 200 acres and spearheaded by Stillwater Capital, has been designated as the future “modern city center.” The area will feature mixed-use neighborhoods designed for pedestrian activity and will be anchored by a large green space. Additionally, there are plans for entertainment venues and a full-service hotel with conference facilities. Urban-style retail shops, office spaces, medical facilities,and residential units will also be included in this development.

Construction on the new city hall is set to commence before December 2024 and is expected to be completed by December 2026. With its population of over 75
