Jamestown, a real estate investment and management firm, has announced three new office leases at Ballston Exchange, a mixed-use development in Arlington, Virginia. Global nonprofit advisory organization Management Sciences for Health leased approximately 15,000 square feet while professional management and technical services company EPIGEN leased 10,800 square feet. Additionally Transportation industry employment diversity and inclusion advocate COMTO signed on for 3,800 square feet of space.
Since acquiring the property in 2015 Jamestown has modernized it through architectural renovations as well as landscaping and streetscape improvements to create an inviting atmosphere with direct access to the Metro plus tenant amenities such as Dunkin Donuts and Shake Shack. The development also offers shared tenant amenities including a full-service conference center that caters to modern companies’ needs.
