Mansfield Building: Creating a New City Hall and Mixed-Use District

Mansfield: A Growing Town with a Modern Vision
The town of Mansfield is experiencing rapid growth and transformation. Spearheading this change is the development of a new city hall, marking the beginning of modernization for this once sleepy town. The project has acquired 10 acres from Stillwater Capital, who is leading the effort to elevate Mansfield to new heights.

Dubbed as “The Reserve”, this +/- 200-acre master plan aims to create a modern city center that promotes pedestrian activity through its mixed-use neighborhoods. At its core lies a spacious green area surrounded by entertainment venues, full-service hotel with conference facilities, and urban-styled retail spaces, offices, medical facilities and residential units.

Construction on the city hall will commence before 2024 ends and expected completion date is December 2026. Located in Tarrant County just thirty minutes southwest of Dallas, Mansfield boasts a population of over 75 thousand people.
