Italian Hypercar brand Pagani is making its mark in Miami with the announcement of a new boutique residential building. The 28-story Pagani Residences will offer luxurious amenities, including a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, and entertainment spaces for its 70 all-corner residences. Ranging from two to four bedrooms and spanning from 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet (with penthouses up to an impressive 6,900 square feet), these homes are sure to impress.
The project is being led by Miami-based developer Riviera Horizons and designed by renowned architecture firm Revuelta Architecture International. Interiors will be curated by Pagani Arte – the newly established interior design division born from the founder of Pagani Automobili.
