CBRE has recently launched its new 8,000-square-foot office located on the second floor of the 595 Tower in West Des Moines, Iowa. The five-story mixed-use building is situated at 595 S. 60th Street and serves as CBRE’s new workplace360 space after relocating from their previous location at Hubbell Realty Company.
According to Bill Wright, managing director of CBRE, “Our move to the Workplace360 space at 595 Tower solidifies our position within the CBRE family. We enjoyed our time at Hubbell Realty Company when we were an affiliate location but this new building truly showcases our presence.” The property boasts a prime location in Jordan Creek Town Center neighborhood with retail shops on the ground floor and offices like theirs on the second floor while condominiums occupy remaining floors.
The newly designed office includes various work areas such as focus rooms, huddle rooms and an open-space room for collaboration. With advanced technology integrations in place, employees have seamless access to chat and video applications for enhanced productivity. Led by CBRE Design Collective team ,the office design incorporates elements that reflect Iowa’s unique culture including local artwork pieces along with industrial accents throughout.
