Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate firm, recently announced the successful sale of Fairfield Inn & Suites Southeast | Chicago. The 94-room hospitality property, located in Hammond, Indiana was sold by a private investor with the assistance of Marcus & Millichap’s investment specialists Ebrahim Valliani and Michael Klar from their Chicago Oak Brook office.
The buyer was also represented by Valliani and Klar while Chris Gomes and Allan Miller from Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices respectively served as supporting brokers on the deal. Josh Caruana, Broker of Record for Indiana at Marcus & Millichap played an integral role in closing this transaction.
Situated at 7720 Corinne Drive, this four-story hotel will undergo a complete renovation to meet Marriott brand standards for Fairfield Inn and Suites within the next year.
