Life Time is once again revolutionizing the fitness and residential rental industry with its latest project. The highly anticipated opening of a new high-end fitness facility and beach club, along with an integrated apartment building, will take place at The Exchange Raleigh development. This impressive mixed-use development boasts a price tag of over $1 billion and is currently under construction near North Hills.
The three-story, 80,000-square-foot Life Time facility will feature a stunning rooftop beach club spanning 35,000 square feet. In addition to state-of-the-art workout equipment and classes, the facility will also offer amenities such as a coworking lounge and full-service LifeCafe.
Adjacent to the fitness center will be an impressive 17-level building housing more than 250 apartments available for lease. Ranging from 650 to 1,550 square feet in size, these units are designed for modern living with features like work-from-home spaces and private dining rooms. Outdoor amenities such as golf simulator rooms add even more appeal to this luxurious residential tower.
Construction on both the Life Time facility and associated apartments is set to begin later this year with completion expected in early2027.
