Ontario International Airport (ONT) recently announced that Frontier Airlines will be offering nonstop flights to El Paso International Airport (ELP), bringing the total number of nonstop destinations from this Southern California gateway to 26. This new service marks Frontier’s 10th nonstop destination from ONT, with plans for further expansion to Houston and Seattle/Tacoma.
Starting May 16, daily flights will be available between ONT and Seattle, while four weekly flights will connect ONT with Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport beginning on May 17.
“We are delighted by these additional nonstop routes, including our sixth destination in Texas,” stated Atif Elkadi, CEO of the Ontario International Airport Authority. “We are excited to offer an easy and convenient experience at Ontario airport for even more Frontier passengers. Our partnership with Frontier has been strong and we appreciate their continued investment in our airport. As the Inland Empire grows into one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country, demand for air travel from ONT continues to increase.”
