"10-Story Seaport Lab Building to be Built by Beacon Capital"

Beacon Capital Partners has proposed the construction of a 10-story lab building on Harbor Street in Boston’s Seaport District. The planned property, spanning 321,000 square feet, will be located in the Raymond L and was reported by Boston Business Journal.

The new building at Flynn Marine Park will complement an adjacent lab building that is currently under construction. While tenants for this project have not yet been announced, Beacon Capital refers to it as “4 Harbor St.” and it will be part of the South Boston Innovation Campus. This development phase follows a scaling back of previous plans for a larger life sciences campus by Millennium Partners.

In addition to this project, Beacon Capital is also involved with other notable properties in Boston such as 27 Drydock Ave. in the Seaport area and Southline Boston complex in Dorchester.

This latest announcement from Beacon Capital highlights their continued involvement and investment within various areas of Greater Boston’s commercial real estate market.
