CBRE brokers $13.8 million sale of Tower Office Plaza in Temecula to Level Asset Capital. The Class A office building, located at 27555 Ynez Rd., was sold by Providence Real Estate Group and represented by CBRE’s Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, Matt Harris and Bryan Johnson.
According to Pourcho, the Temecula and Murrieta areas continue to see strong sales in the office market despite reports of corporate downsizing.
The property includes a four-story 71,775-square-foot-office building within Tower Plaza – a recently renovated retail center with a grocery anchor. It also features amenities such as an oversized pond water feature and two-story parking structure.
Level Asset Capital was represented by Hugo Cosio in the purchase of this currently 94% occupied property.
