ECI Group has announced the sale of The Columns at Paxton Lane apartments in Gwinnett County, Georgia to InterCapital Group for an undisclosed price. Located at 4305 Paxton Lane, the 296-unit community was developed by ECI in 1996 and has been owned and managed by them since then.
The property is situated in one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing submarkets with access to a growing amenity base including new mixed-use developments and retail centers nearby. Cushman & Wakefield represented ECI with Mike Kemether, James Wilber, and Megan Turner leading the transaction on their behalf.
Seth R. Greenberg, CEO of ECI Group commented that proceeds from The Columns at Paxton Lane will be reinvested into a newer multifamily property once completed – marking this as their sixth exchange transaction within two years’ time frame .
