Mexcor International and Morales Capital Group have recently rebranded the 2.3 million square foot former HPE/Compaq Computer Campus in Houston, Texas. The beverage maker and distributor acquired the property almost two years ago.
According to Mexcor CEO Eduardo Morales, the newly rebranded Viva Center will serve as a transformative tech hub that seamlessly blends Houston’s rich history with futuristic innovations. The focus is on integrating cutting-edge infrastructure and next-gen application platforms.
Conveniently located on SH 249 between Beltway 8 and Grand Parkway, Viva Center offers a total of 1.3 million square feet of industrial space, one million retail square feet for office and tech lab use, as well as two million square feet of parking garages. These amenities include conference facilities, over 6,000 garage parking spaces connected by skywalks for easy access to all buildings within the complex,a full-service cafeteria,f fitness center,and an outdoor pavilion.
Brandi Sikes and Liz Westcott from SVN | J.Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston have been appointed to lease out office spaces at Viva Center.Their recent success includes facilitating a lease agreement with SynergenX for their new headquarters spanning over54 thousand square feet- making them the first tenant at this newly rebranded project.
