Condo garages are becoming increasingly popular across the United States. This new industrial concept typically consists of a business park with multiple units, usually around 1,200 square feet each. The Denver Business Journal reports that Denver-based real estate firm is currently constructing an $11 million development at 1001 Depot Hill Road in Broomfield which includes 33 units with roll-up garage doors. These properties are ideal for hobbyists or small business owners who need extra space and can be purchased for $325 per square foot; making the average 1,200-square-foot unit cost approximately $390,000 apiece.
The company plans to develop more condo garages in Aurora, Loveland Fort Collins and Castle Rock as well as other areas throughout Colorado in the future.
