EPIC Companies, a real estate investing and development firm based in North Dakota, has announced the launch of Vision REIT by EPIC. This real estate investment trust offers accredited investors the opportunity to invest in multiple developments across North Dakota and the Upper Midwest.
The management team at EPIC, known for their successful track record in real estate, will oversee all properties within Vision REIT. The trust is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors with extensive expertise and experience in real estate investment.
According to Todd Berning, President of EPIC Companies: “Our goal at EPIC is to bring more resources and opportunities to North Dakota and the Midwest as a whole. With Vision REIT, we have created a mechanism for achieving this.” Accredited investors can expect tax advantages, diversification options,and access to EPIC projects through this new venture.
