American Real Estate Partners (AREP) and Silverpeak Real Estate Partners have recently announced the start of construction on CityHouse Old Town, a new rental development in Alexandria, VA. The project will transform a former 200,000-square-foot office building into approximately 200 modern homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments with den spaces.
Situated at 1101 King Street, pre-leasing for this development is set to begin in Summer of 2025 with an expected completion date later that Fall. Residents can look forward to luxurious amenities such as a concierge service, private club suite and fitness facility along with convenient access to the King Street Metro station. Cooper Carry, RD Jones and Hoar Construction are leading the design and construction efforts while Bozzuto Management has been selected as property manager upon completion.
