Rudin has recently finalized a lease agreement with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP for their move to 3 Times Square in Midtown. The renowned law firm, known for its expertise in intellectual property and corporate matters, will occupy 27,667 square feet on the building’s 28th floor as part of a new 10-year lease.
According to Michael Rudin, Co-CEO of Rudin, the selection of 3 Times Square by Kilpatrick highlights the significance of our ongoing capital reinvestment program at the building. This decision also reinforces that in today’s market, quality ownership and building amenities are crucial factors for tenants.
The repositioning project at 3 Times Square includes significant capital improvements such as a new lobby and façade screen. Additionally, it offers desirable amenities like a fitness center and dining area.
Kilpatrick was represented by Mark S. Weiss and Sam Hollis Jr., both from Cushman & Wakefield agency team while Thomas Keating from Rudin along with Ron Lo Russo John Cefaly John Santora Paige Engeldrum Lou D’Avanzo Mike Burgio Dan Organ represented three times square during this transaction.
