The trend of associating high-end condo and apartment communities with luxury car brands is gaining popularity. Recently, it was reported that JDS has partnered with Mercedes-Benz for a 67-story residential development in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.
Dezer Development has also begun construction on the first branded residences for Bentley Motors in Sunny Isles Beach. Additionally, they have previously completed a Porsche-branded project.
Located at 18401 Collins Ave on a beachfront site spanning 2.37 acres, Bentley Residences Miami will stand tall at 62 stories and offer stunning views of both the Intercoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. The project will feature 216 units ranging from 5,500 to an impressive24,000 square feet with prices reaching up to $70 million per unit.
Each balcony will boast over1,500 square feet of space including amenities such as built-in pools, summer kitchens,and outdoor living rooms.
With an estimated construction budget of $800 million,the Bentley Residences are expected to be completed by2027.Miami-based Sieger Suarez Architects have designed the project while Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor.
