GXP-Storage, a life sciences company, is constructing an $80 million campus in Middlesex Corporate Centre to serve as its global headquarters. The 30-acre site is located off US Hwy. 64 in Raleigh and will create job opportunities for up to 100 employees.
Specializing in the storage of temperature-sensitive materials for research, manufacturing, and healthcare purposes, GXP offers controlled ambient to ultra-low and cryogenic settings. These materials include biomedical and biodefense products that are strictly regulated.
According to Triangle Business Journal’s report on the sale of land by Nash County commissioners last year for approximately $4.6 million, GXP acquired both the land and an existing shell building owned by the county.
