Nashville Developer Plans 30-Story Gulch Tower

Nashville Developer Plans 30-Story Gulch Tower

SomeraRoad, a Nashville-based developer, is nearing completion of its latest project in the Paseo South Gulch area. The 16-story Prima building will feature 278 residential units and office space. Construction began in February of 2022.

Next on SomeraRoad’s agenda is a new tower at Paseo South Gulch that will stand at an impressive 30 stories tall. This tower will offer luxurious amenities including 180 hotel rooms and 139 residential units, as well as prime restaurant and retail space spanning over 8,000 square feet. The proposed location for this hotel tower is on Eighth Avenue S., occupying a spacious lot measuring approximately .8 acres.

According to reports from the Nashville Business Journal, SomeraRoad has expanded their original plans for this development to include two additional towers that will be integrated into the overall project design. Public records indicate one building dedicated to residential use and another designated for office space at the intersection of Division Street and Eighth Avenue South.

The Metro Planning Department is set to review plans for SomeraRoad’s newest addition on April11th with hopes of gaining approval soon after.

This latest venture by Nashville’s premier developer promises yet another stunning addition to the ever-growing skyline in Paseo South Gulch.
