Houston-based Midway has recently commenced construction on CITYCENTRE Six, a state-of-the-art office development spanning 320,000 square feet in the bustling city of Houston. The project is being led by renowned partners including architect Kirksey and design firm Munoz + Albin Architecture and Planning. With an expected completion date of 2026, this highly-anticipated building is set to make its mark on the city’s skyline.

Upon completion, CITYCENTRE Six will offer a total of 308,000 square feet for office space as well as an additional 12,000 square feet for retail and dining options on its ground floor. Dow Chemical Company has already been announced as the anchor tenant for this impressive 19-story tower with plans to occupy over two-thirds of the available space (208,000 square feet) at their new Houston Dow Center location. This modern property will also feature a nine-level podium parking structure along with several private terraces and a newly-designed half-acre urban plaza at its entrance.

CITYCENTRE Six is just one component of the larger CITYCENTRE development which spans over two million square feet in West Houston. This mixed-use complex already boasts five completed office buildings along with luxury residences totaling up to1 ,120 units plus a luxurious hotel featuring255 rooms . Additionally , there are plans underway for another adjacent office building known as CITYCENTRE Seven which will encompass approximately119 ,000squarefeetofpremiumoffice space .
