Hanley Investment Group, an affiliate of Beverly Hills-based MJL Capital Partners, recently sold a newly renovated single-tenant property occupied by Planet Fitness adjacent to Ventura College in Ventura for $6.4 million. EVPs Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko, and President Ed Hanley represented the MJL affiliate while the buyer – a private investor from Ventura – was represented by Brian Hughes based in the same city.
Asher stated that they were able to procure an all-cash local buyer before tenant opened for business or started paying rent. The 24,600 square foot building leased to Planet Fitness is situated on 1.46 acres at 5171 Telegraph Rd., featuring a 12 year triple net lease with one of America’s leading Planet Fitness franchisees as its investment highlight .
