Located at 1 Southside Park in Brickell, this development will feature 791 luxurious residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos. Construction has already begun on the foundation and occupancy is expected to begin by 2027.
The building will offer over 130,000 square feet of top-of-the-line amenities and hospitality spaces. Additionally, there will be office space spanning over 200,000 square feet along with health and fitness facilities. A hotel with 174 rooms as well as retail outlets and ample parking options are also part of this project’s plan. Furthermore,the development prioritizes innovative mobility solutions such as EV charging stations,valetparking services,and shared transportation options including bicyclesand scooters for residents’ convenience.
