Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Arrow Townhomes at 614-628 Arrow Hwy., a 18-unit apartment property located in Upland for $5,575,000, or $309,722 per unit. SVP Douglas McCauley and first VP David Covarrubias in Marcus & Millichap’s Inland Empire office had the exclusive listing to market the asset on behalf of the seller – a limited liability company. The buyer – an individual/personal trust – was also secured and represented by McCauley and Covarrubias.
Arrow Townhomes featured two-bedroom townhouse style apartments with two car attached garages as well as enclosed patios, balconies central air conditioning and laundry hook ups in each unit. McCauley commented “There is always tremendous investor demand for quality real estate.”
