This iconic building has experienced high demand in recent years and has already signed over 100,000 square feet of new and expanded leases for the year 2023. The entire 14th and 15th floors have been leased to Advent International through the efforts of OPEN Impact Real Estate’s expert brokers Lindsay Ornstein, Patrick Robinson, Casey Noel, and Kate Whitman. The asking rent for Seagram Building is $235 per square foot.
