Trademark Property Company (Trademark) is set to break ground this month on The Vickery, a mixed-use community in Fort Worth. Located on five acres with views of Downtown Fort Worth, the project will feature 307 apartments and 14 townhomes. First United Bank provided a $61 million construction loan for the development, which was secured by Trademark in December 2023 through the efforts of Heather McClure and Jonathan Paine from Walker & Dunlop.
The Vickery is an expertly designed redevelopment project situated on a former detention basin site that offers convenient access to central locations. Along with its prime location, The Vickery boasts top-notch amenities such as pickleball courts, dog parks, pocket parks and an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge overlooking downtown. Residents can also enjoy a heated resort-style pool.
To support surrounding infrastructure improvements for this development project,Tax Increment Finance District (TIF) funding was provided by the city.
GFF’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices have been selected as architects for this exciting new venture by Trademark Property Company.
