Moda Foods has secured a long-term lease for 22,523 square feet at 123 Lehigh Drive in Fairfield, CT. This brings the building’s total occupancy to 100%. The property features high ceilings of 24′, two dock doors, recently repaved and restriped parking lot, and new LED lighting.
The landlord of this prime location is The Stro Companies and was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s team consisting of Bill Waxman, Morgan Nitti, Jeff Volpi Mindy Lissner,and David Gheriani. Resource Realty’s Brian Wilson acted as the tenant representative.
