Tupps Brewery is set to unveil its new, expansive location in the historic mill district of East McKinney. The brewery, which began as a small garage project in 2015 and initially produced only three beers, has experienced significant growth over the past nine years. Its distribution now extends across much of Texas and into neighboring states such as Oklahoma, Alabama, and Florida. The highly anticipated new facility at 402 East Louisiana St. offers ample space for increased beer production.
Spanning an impressive 60,000 square feet within a former grain mill complex,the new campus boasts a four-story production facility spanning 25,000 square feet,a charming outdoor beer garden,and an inviting restaurant.A spacious parking lot with capacity for up to210 cars is also included on the six-acre site.
In the previous year,Tupps successfully produced approximately11 ,000 barrels of beer.However,the upgraded facilities will allow for potential expansion up to50 ,000 barrels pending additional tank installations.The $18 million investment marks another milestone achievementfor this thriving brewery’s continued successin meeting growing demand from loyal customersand expanding its reach beyond state borders.
