Middle Street Partners, a Charleston, SC-based real estate investment firm is expanding its presence in the Southeast with the addition of David Yowell as a locally-based partner in Charlotte. Yowell will be responsible for framing development plans across North Carolina and actively seeking acquisition and redevelopment opportunities in both Charlotte and Raleigh areas.
“I am thrilled to join Middle Street Partners’ dynamic growth-oriented team from my home base here in Charlotte,” said Yowell. “I look forward to furthering our development pursuits throughout North Carolina while also building new relationships.”
Yowell graduated from Clemson University before taking on his most recent role as Development Director for Alliance Residential’s Eastern Carolinas division where he was involved with over 3,000 units across the region including managing a 340+ unit project located in Raleigh.
